Get ready to level up your bartending game. Whether you have never made a cocktail, or are a seasoned pro, this class is perfect for you! We will cover timeless classics you know and love, then shake things up with a fun modern twist.
You will be guided through the class by our talented instructor and mixologist Makenzie. You’ll craft (and sip!) two signature cocktails during each class. For this class, our focus will be on the Whiskey Sour! You'll learn about the history of the drink, then get to make your very own! Light bites will also be provided to pair perfectly with your creations.

With nearly a decade of hospitality experience in hotels, restaurants, and events, Makenzie Skinner has spent her career working behind the scenes, developing beverage programs, and creating memorable guest experiences. She brings a practical, guest-focused approach to cocktails, with an emphasis on mastering the basics and elevating classics into signature drinks.
