Announcing our February 2026 Mixology Classes. Classes are led by the local talented mixologist and DoG staff member, P.J. Ford. P.J. brings a wealth of knowledge to cocktailing and will share tips on making great drinks! Our classes include both lecture and hands-on instruction on how to make two amazing cocktails. You will get a souvenir shaker and a copy of the recipes to remake at home and impress your family and friends. The class is one hour long and will be held in either our historic venue building or in our Production area next to our beautiful still. Look for signage upon arrival to see where to go for the class. Please arrive a few minutes early, as we will begin promptly at class time. Twelve slots are available for each session and light snacks will be provided. The cost is $50 per person. Gratuity for your instructor is encouraged and appreciated. Specific drinks have not been selected yet, but we promise two amazing cocktails that will impress your friends and family during the upcoming year. In addition to learning and enjoying new cocktails, feel free to come before or stay after class to enjoy a cocktail and/or some food in The Still House Bar. Refund Policy: Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot make a class after you have enrolled, we can either move you to another class (based on availability) if we have at least two week's notice.
